Dr. Daniel Zaffetti with Peak Dental, South location, along with his amazing staff, have provided me the highest quality of dental care, with results to prove it, along with impressive professionalism, courtesy, compassion, and great communication and technical skills as well. I have previously had extremely high levels of anxiety at the thought of a dental appointment, and while it’s still not the best part of my day or week, as a result of their gentle, kind and compassionate approach, I have been willing and emotionally stable enough to schedule regular visits for maintenance and repairs, as needed, which previously was the biggest obstacle for me maintaining good oral health. I applied for financing then had to cancel, before the service was started. You would think it would be relatively easy to resolve this but it wasn't. I was told by Peak that it would take 4 weeks to process on their side, but over 5 weeks later I have to call in again to find out they haven't done it... they finally do it, with just the click of a finger, moments after they get the call, amazing. Now I have a bill due for a service I didn't get while a refund that should have been processed at least a week ago is finally in the beginning stage of being processed. I can't get the bill date moved far enough for me not to have to pay it so that sucks... Basically, if you cancel a service and use financing here you will never be able to get your refund or cancel future payments with out "pulling teeth" (figuratively of course, lol).

I cannot say enough good things about Peak Dental South Austin! I came to them with a tooth emergency after not having had a proper dentist in 2 years or more. They helped relieve the pain and remedy the situation -- on a Saturday, no less. And then I continued using them as my dentist. To this day Dr. Z and her team have done incredible work. Their communication and accommodations and spirit are outstanding. My teeth. . . have never looked nor felt so good.

Office and staff were completely amazing!! They made me feel right at home, even had coffee available for patients. Front staff girls were so welcoming when I first walked in, they had sent all new patient forms via text so it made everything so convenient and fast. Hygienist and doctor are happy to educate you answer all my questions, and do same day treatment! Assistants were comforting during the whole process and made sure my experience was fantastic. Who knew coming to the dentist could be fun. Definitely coming back! I recommend Peak Dental!

Really great office! Every staff member was super nice and positive. The Dr was very clear and concise. Everything was completely painless, I could have napped haha. Also didn't have to spend much time waiting around, that's always a plus at a doctor's office when they respect your time. Looking forward to my next cleaning!
