Iโm pretty sure I would drive from Pottstown to Philly again just to eat here! I had the half rice half lettuce bowl with chicken, tomato, cucumber salad and Iโm not even sure what sauce the guy put on because I just told him to put on whatever his favorite was, and it was absolutely phenomenal I couldnโt even finish it
Definitely stop here if youโre in the area!
The food was good. I got a salad bowl
.I was told only 3 toppings when my menu said choose 5 or 6. I was told when I signed up I would get a discount or promo off my next order of free falafel or 30% off. The next order I was told nothing was available and there was no sign up promo. I was very confused. I told her all about it. She said she never heard anything about it.
Also, the staff seemed quite unhappy that customers had arrived or to serve. There was a lot of audible sighing. There was not even a thanks for tipping $10.
I hope you improve. I felt like I imposed being there.
I came in a little before closing and I was hesitant to place an order knowing how stressful it can be closing a store. Malik was extremely friendly & inviting! Malik assured me it is not a problem and enticed me to come in and try the food since Iโve never had this style of food before! The business is very clean, professional and the food is amazing! He brought in a customer that will be returning soon! Management should be proud to have such a bright & friendly individual working at the store! Malik deserves a raise! This business is lucky to have him as an employee!
5 of us went there and we all LOVED it. We especially appreciated the great service by the lovely young man who was there today. We didn't think to get his name.
Iโve loved Pita Chip nearly since its opening. As a Temple student, I would buy shawarma or falafel wraps about twice per week. The food was always delicious and staff members were very generous with toppings.
The quality is just as great today but itโs hard not to feel disappointed in the price increases. Even three years ago beef shawarma was only $9.49 - now itโs $14.99. Combined with the limitations on toppings, itโs not quite the value it once was.
