Usually, when โfastโ and โfoodโ go together, thatโs not a good thing. Bland flavors. Lots of fat and calories. So-so service. Itโs the way most places do things, but thatโs not the Pita Way way.
Inspired by irresistible late-night Windsor kebab stands and drawing upon family recipes and culinary secrets provided by his aunt and grandmother, founder Brandon Bahoura set out to create an alternative to boring burgers and pizza. A 2007 Oakland University graduate with a Bachelors in Business Marketing, Brandon quickly found that his ideas received a warm reception from area residents.
The first Pita Way restaurant opened in Clarkston in April of 2010. Almost immediately, Pita Way became widely known for its great food, reasonable prices, comfortable atmosphere and fast, friendly service.
Seven years later, nothingโs changed. Brandon and Pita Wayโs managers welcome customers of all ages for the same delicious, healthy, value-packed meals as always โ and since people come back again and again, he knows most of them by name.
Now, Pita-Way offers 9 convenient locations (and growing) in Clarkston, Auburn Hills, White Lake Township, Fenton, Warren and Brighton (just to name a few), with more to come. Pita Way may have grown, but our commitment remains the same: To serve up fresh, flavorful, healthy Mediterranean food. To provide friendly, fast, efficient service, and to make every customer our welcomed guest.

a year agoFood you expect at a sit down fine dining with the speed of fast food take out. Staff are super friendly. The food is all fresh and delicious. The fire fries are a delicacy to behold! Got the Bowl fully loaded and everything was top notch. LOVE the fresh and bold flavors here. If you are tired of boring bland fast food and subs, this really is the place you need to try. Gourmet level cuisine here. The price is fair for this level of cuisine. This is a meal I would be more than happy to be served at an upscale Mediterranean restaurant. They are really on to something unique with this method of making gourmet food in a fast food venue.

a month agoWhen I first started going to this location, I was really pleased. The portions were great and always felt like we got all we paid for. Recently they're using new servers who put toppings on like it's a famine and they have to ration. Wish they would either use a standard scoop but not their hands. Of course occasionally when things aren't measured you get more but not at this location.
