Incompetent office staff. Dr. Kaiser ordered a CT scan for me and was canceled twice by the lab because the office staff at Premier Cardiology failed over and over again to submit the authorization needed after repeated calls and a personal visit asking them a week or more ahead to please send in the authorization. At this point my only option is to seek a different medical facility that values patient care and well being. I do not recommend Premier Cardiology to anyone. If your health is important to you, stay away- very far away- from Premier Cardiology in Dearborn, MI
Dr. Salka has been taking care me for approximately six years. He is the best compassionate cardiologist I have ever had. All the office staff are great, from the intake to the checkout. I recommend Dr Salka to anyone looking for a cardiologist without any reservations.
This office is poorly run. I wouldnโt recommend the doctors office to my worst enemy. The front desk staff is EXTREMELY rude and unwelcoming. Heather the โmanagerโ as she claims was so quick to tell us donโt come here anymore as oppose to apologizing for her staff being 45 min late for our appointment. I cant believe how cocky staff get with their patients immediately when someones upset as oppose to apologizing and asking us if we ever ran a doctors office. Only after the fact of us calling that morning to verify we wont fall behind that day after a 3 hour visit earlier in the week that coulda been done in 10 min of Dr. Consultation.
Went to the Dr yesterday. The front desk staff treated me like I had a contagious disease. She couldn't look at me. She acted like I didn't know why I was there. I watched her treat the WHITE people with respect. I watched her ask them questions, took their temperature, didn't take mine, which doesn't happen to me. The atmosphere has changed. Got there at 1245. My appointment with the Dr was 1. He saw everyone first. I sat in the room until 2 before he came in. Not happy. The person who drove me was denied the use of the bathroom, which happens to be in the lobby, she was told they don't have a bathroom she could use. I wonder why. Dr. Harbert I MISS YOU MUCHโค
I went to the office in Trenton and the doctors and staff treated me with respect. I came early and was in and out of there before my appointment was even supposed to begin. They were quick yet thorough. I had Doctor Kiser. However, I hear Dr. Asfour is great as well.
