a month agoI had my first appointment here recently and I am happy to say I had a really good experience. Every single person I interacted with was incredibly kind. This office makes me feel like the staff truly cares about you and your wellbeing. The front desk ladies Noelle and Vanessa were awesome. These ladies work very hard and I appreciate their smiles and positive attitude. I met Erica and Sam and again they were very kind, welcoming, and personable. My provider was Megan and she made me feel very comfortable and makes me feel like she truly cares for all her patients. I hope I continue to have a good experience as it was refreshing to see this kind of atmosphere. I don't think I've ever seen it before honestly. Thank you everyone and all those mentioned for ensuring your patients have a positive experience. I know all you ladies work very hard and I just want you to know I appreciate it.

3 months agoI had heard great things about Dr. Ali and his staff, but to be frank, my experience from the moment I walked in the door was phenomenal. It was better than I had hoped. Dr. Ali listened, was thorough, and took great lengths to make sure he provided excellent care. I would also like to say that his supporting staff was just as cordial, welcoming, and kind when dealing with me as a patient. My only regret is not coming to his office sooner.

a month agoDo not come here unless you want to be labeled. I just moved to Michigan and went here to complete a work physical for my new job. Kept overhearing the receptionists call me โThe girl with no insuranceโ over and over. If I could hear them imagine how I felt knowing others could as well. I have a name and I assume that is what checking in is for. I felt uncomfortable the whole time and am definitely not coming back. From what I can see they only respond to good reviews and not to someone whoโs had an issue here. That alone shows you how much they do not care for people who have had a bad experience.

2 weeks agoI always am pleased when I go to my appointments The nurses are extremely nice and professional They make you comfortable and greet you with a smile and respect Doctor Danielle DiDicco was professional as always There office very clean and comfortable in the waiting room and patient rooms I would recommend there office to anyone If it was up to me I would give them 10+ stars Thank You Joe
