Prince Lebanese Grill has been family owned and operated since 1989. Here at Prince we preach family, community, and hospitality. Our food and friendly service is how we show customers our hospitality. We pour our hearts into everything from our crispy light falafels to our spicy shawarma plates. We donโt need fancy decorations or a white table cloths for a candle lit dinner, at Prince our food speaks for itself. Francis Kobty aka โThe Princeโ came to the United States in 1979. After years of being dubbed โthe worldโs pickiest eaterโ, he decided to open up his own shop. The concept of Prince was born with the philosophy of using the freshest, high quality ingredients. Our portions are as big as our Texas spirit. In 2007, Prince moved to an old converted Sonic, changed up the menu to add some of his moms secret recipes and the legend was born. The cuisine even attracted the likes of Flavor Town Mayor Guy Fieri, who featured Princeโs famous rice recipe on his cooking show, Guys Big Bite. Prince was also featured on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives on Food Network and hasnโt looked back since.

5 months agoOMGGGG. Best small hole in the wall grill! The flavors are amazing, generous portion size and a wide variety of med foods! I watched the owner/manager come and offer to make a special meal for the woman at the table next to me because of her garlic allergy. WAY above and beyond service. Our waitress was kind and patient (our first time) and friendly. An all around casual yummy experience. BYOB and youโre all set.

2 months agoI've been eating here off and on for over 10 years, but have never left a review (I know, I'm terrible). Went for Father's Day and it was just as great as it's always been. Amazing food, great suggestions from the server, and friendly staff. Is there a wait? Yes typically. Be patient. It's worth it!!

a month agoWe always have to eat at the prince when weโre in the area! The hummus, gyro, and gyro plate are our favorites! The portions are huge and priced very reasonably. The restaurantโs story and all the recognition they have had is also very neat to learn about!

3 months agoThe food was phenomenal, and my favorite thing was the Thyme Pie. Droool! โก I see why Guy Fieri loves this place. Family owned, too. Staff was really friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The whole experience was all around well worth the hour long drive to get to this location. Also, as a side note: If you like your proteins spicy, I suggest going hotter than a medium for the spicy heat level. Medium felt like a mild to me.

5 months agoThe hospitality was really wonderful here. We were given the option to sit inside or outside, all covered/shaded seating. The food did not disappoint. I ordered their hummus with lamb and cauliflower. Wow, look at those portion sizes. A fantastic experience, thank you for having us..
