In 2015 because of our appreciation and strive to meet our customers orders, Princess Jewelry Design Inc. expanded to start its manufacturing plant โDearborn Jewelry Center Inc.โ. Our manufacturer will be specializing in Refinery, and production of the finest jewelry, many different types of chains, Bangles, Rings, and Bands. This process would allow us to expand our collection for our dear customers, and expand our wholesale capabilities.

4 months agoWhile the store offers a good variety of jewelry, my visit was quite frustrating. The place was extremely busy with no apparent system to manage customer flow or wait times, leading to a chaotic environment. It was difficult to get assistance or even browse comfortably. If you're patient and solely focused on the variety of jewelry available, you might find something you like. However, the lack of organization and customer service left much to be desired. We left without being spoken to or acknowledged.

4 months agoI visited Princess Jewelry on Schaefer Street in Dearborn around 3:20 PM, just 20 minutes after they opened. I approached a worker for assistance and was told he would help me once he finished with the current customers. However, after finishing, he was directed by another worker to assist someone else while the first worker handled the cash register. I waited patiently until 3:55 PM, but the same scenario repeated, with the worker being sent to assist another customer before me. During this time, another older lady loudly complained about the wait, even though she arrived after me. She was immediately helped, while I continued to wait. As someone who frequently shops here and has spent considerable money, this experience was both upsetting and disrespectful. It's frustrating to see patience being overlooked in favor of those who are loud and impatient. I strongly suggest that Princess Jewelry implement a number system to ensure customers are served in the order they arrive, rather than catering to the loudest voices. This would provide a fairer and more respectful experience for all customers.
