Quality Halal Market is one of our favorite desi grocery stores in the Austin area. They offer plenty.of grocery items, including masalas, fresh veggies, frozen items, and so much more. The meat department is really good as well. They get fresh meat delivered multiple times a week and offer a large variety of meats and cuts. The family who owns the store is very friendly and helpful.

They have an organized store. The pick-up was fast. They have a mini butcher where they will cut the chicken as you wish. That may save us a lot of hassles. Quiet and respectful staffs. Good COVID protection. They set some transparent glasses betweem counter and customers. Felt safe during our shopping.

I purchased half goat at their store and it has soapy flavor and smell in entire meat. The flavor and smell of soap did not go away even after washing soaking in vinegar or lime for several hours. Meat and dish and my efforts all got wasted off course half goat is no joke on $$. Please do not sell if you have washed the meat in soap it’s not good to taste nor for health

07/07 - Today’s goat meat smells like sand & non tender, after cooking for 10 cooker whistles. I regret from buying here !!

Do not try the country chicken, it was horrible. Probably 100 year old
