Queen Cleopatra Mediterranean Store

I'm the daughter of the owner there ; this store is my fav it has everything I could ever wish for that's Egyptian and also Mediterranean. my mom works so hard and so do I to make this store great and attractive for anyone to enjoy shopping there. We appreciate all customers shopping here and we always offer good customer service and support to everyone. I have worked here over now 8 years I think since 2018. Queen Cleopatra is home to everyone and welcomes everyone with love and respect and support and care .

Worst customer service ever. I called to ask if they have cottage cheese, and since I need a lot of it, I asked how much they charge per pound. Instead of a proper response, the lady who answered the phone yelled at me and then hung up. I live 45 minutes away. I didn’t want to drive to find out they don’t have what I need or if they can't accommodate the quantity I require, But they treated me with disrespect and hung up the phone. I don’t understand why she refused to tell me the price over the phone, why she was mad at me to ask for the price and why she hang up the phone but what I know it’s not the place for me to shop.

First time going to the store. Very clean and neat. Found what I was looking for. Ms. Emma was very friendly and courteous. I will be going back to shop again. It was a wonderful first time experience.

We love this store and the owners!! Friendly, clean, accommodating, and the food is outstanding! The owners let us taste several things and we bought them, Egyptian pastrami, olives, the Egyptian food is simply amazing… As are these wonderful owners!!! We highly recommend this store, so many options of Egyptian food and many other items to purchase!

The owner is always so kind and helpful, and she has the best selection and prices. I drive a long way to shop at Queen Cleopatra, and it's always well worth the trip! The pita is always fresh and delicious, and I've never seen a better price on tahini. I always find things I can't find anywhere else. I love this market!
