Extremely rude behavior of the owner. I happened to visit this place with my guests as I found out they were selling Pakistani local mangoes. I went their a day earlier to secure a box for myself.
We found the owner at the counter who tried to lie to us by saying that he was out of mangoes even though we called him and confirmed before we went to the store. But later after back and forth he had boxes apparated and asked even more for them. When told that the box was for a cheaper price yesterday he persisted that I am lying.
Sorry to say but it seemed the policy here is that customer is always wrong. I will never go back there and I recommend the same to you.
We been coming to Rahim Grocery for last few years. The owner is very nice and polite as well as other workers too. The store is clean most of the time. Some time they are too busy talking with random people and don't get attention to customer, that's why not giving 5 stars.
Better service than all the other stores in that neighborhood. Would not name names but some places you go to get meat and they make you wait because all the others are on lunch break which is a negative in my place. Workers should take turn eating their lunches rather than all of them eating at on time and make customers wait.
Very great experience at the store, kind owner, good workers and the meat is very good, much recommended. I will continue to come here for all my grocery needs. This store seems to have everything we are always looking for.
