Rama Barazi has always been passionate about helping people. Her extended family’s involvement in the development and investment of single family luxury homes guided Rama to her passion for design and eventually inspired her to begin a career in Real Estate.
After studying interior design at the University of Houston, Rama utilized her diverse background and began her journey working alongside medical professionals as a marketing coordinator in the healthcare world. In addition to her marketing expertise, Rama is fluent in most dialects of Arabic and was contracted to translate for private physicians within the Texas Medical Center. It was important to her to provide a familiar and common ground for patients and doctors by creating an understanding between different cultures in a variety of scenarios.
Rama grew up in Briargrove and resides there today with her 8-year-old twins. She is knowledgeable in Tanglewood, Briargrove, the Memorial Villages, Energy Corridor, Katy, River Oaks, Upper Kirby and many other neighborhoods around Houston. Helping people to find the right neighborhood and home for their lifestyle is one of Rama’s greatest enjoyments in real estate.
Recognized as one of 2018’s Role Models of the year by the Greater Houston Woman’s Chamber of commerce.
Rama’s involvement with nonprofit organizations allows her to incorporate her love of helping others with her eye for design. For example, she served as decorating chair for several charity galas and is a member of The Houston Symphony, Junior League and Houston Greater Women’s Chamber of Commerce. Rama’s class, perseverance and charm helped her excel in her involvement with nonprofit organizations.
When she is not working, Rama enjoys volunteering at her children’s school, staging and design, organization, and landscaping. Her hobbies include cooking, and repurposing vintage furniture.
