Rania Soliman is a Board Certified Real Estate Attorney. She concentrates her practice on community association law, contract disputes, sales and purchase transactions, leasing, real estate litigation, and disputes relating to title and easements.
Before opening her own practice, Rania Soliman was employed by Taylor & Carls, P.A. (which later merged with Becker & Poliakoff, P.A.) where she focused her practice on all aspects of community association law including business and contract litigation, board member recalls, real property litigation, and disputes relating to land acquisition, title, and easements rights.
Ms. Soliman has extensive trial experience having conducted numerous jury trials and bench trials while working at the State Attorneys’ office in Bartow, Florida. Ms. Soliman tried hundreds of cases including misdemeanor, felonies and capital crimes. She has also tried a number of civil trials including bench and jury trials.
Ms. Soliman also has extensive experience in real estate related transactions and regulatory matters. While working for the Department of business and Professional Regulation, Division of Real Estate, she prosecuted real estate licensees for violations of license law. She conducted numerous hearings before the Florida Real Estate Commission, Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board, and the Division of Administrative Hearings. Following her government experience, Rania practiced law for the Florida Association of Realtors where she became the supervisor of the legal department. She focused her practice on all areas of law relating to residential and commercial real estate transactions. In addition to supervising attorneys, Rania drafted contracts, including the FAR Contract which is utilized by thousands of realtors, buyers, and sellers throughout Florida. Rania also assisted in drafting the FAR/BAR Contract for Sale and Purchase. Additionally, Rania wrote articles for the Realtor Magazine, and created legal content for the Realtor website.
