a month agoMy mother in law brought a home from Adam and we have had nothing but plumbing issues. He also convinced her to not have an inspection done on the home. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM.

a year agoJustin Luvv is the absolute man! As first-fine homebuyers we walked into an open house with literally no clue what we were doing. Justin took us under his wing, spoke to us for two hours to get a sense of what we were looking for, and then proceeded to make finding a house one of the least stressful situations I have encountered. He was available to us virtually every minute of the day - when we went to contract he was on vacation and he still got everything done and moved us along! My husband and I are so happy we met this wonderful realtor and that he and his team were a part of this journey.

a year agoHad the unpleasant experience of reaching out to Terri S Decarlo to see if we could walk through a home she had listed.. we reach and she just gives us a day and time, without any further info, without a hi or hello or saying will this time work.. We said Iโm sorry could we walk through another time. Then we get โwell are you pre approved because weโve had a lot of people fall throughโ Just an overall rude exchange. I wouldnโt recommend buying or listing a house with them.. We are pre approved and really liked the house, but I wonโt buy from someone like that.. I refuse Iโll wait for more to hit the market

6 years agoSpecial thanks to Carma Godby at NextHome Experience, for helping us find our new home. We looked at a LOT of houses, after each house we discussed what we liked and didnโt like. That helped Carma get a better understanding of what we really wanted in a house. She monitored all new listings and invited to see the ones she felt most met our needs and she helped us find the perfect house! Since we were looking at water front houses on Buckeye Lake, after showing us houses, she would take us out on the lake in her boat so we could see them from the water too. Her background knowledge of the lake was extremely helpful as we were trying to decide which area would best meet our needs. She also guided us through the buying process clear through closing.
