My visit was great from checking in, to checking out. All staff was extremely efficient, polite and considerate. Everyone was very informative as to what to expect, explaining all directives clearly. Dr. HILAL took time to address all my issues and concerns. He definitely is a compassionate caring professional. I have ultimate Trust in the care I will receive from him and his staff.

Dr. Hilal is exceptional, and the primary reason for my decision to seek his services was the support he provided during my husband's preparations. When we encountered issues, I reached out to Dr. Hilal, who personally returned my call rather than delegating the response to a nurse. His approach instilled in us a sense of belonging, as he assured us that everything would be fine. Even during our most recent conversation, he continued to address me in a familial manner, offering valuable advice.

Dr Hilal is very compassionate and very knowledgeable about gastrointestinal disorders. He is not heavy-handed Prescribing a lot of drugs. He has a great bedside manner and from a nurses perspective that is his patient he is a very good doctor.

Dr. Hilal is a great surgeon. He performed a stent placement surgery for my husband for a bile leak after gallbladder complication. Dr. Hilal is the nicest doctor who genuinely cares for his patients. He’s the best.

From the Receptionist, to Pre-operative care (Karen), to the Anesthesiologist to all the Surgical staff, and even her exit nurse. They were all Incredible individual healthcare workers. Treated my mom with very professionalism, and respect, and showed care for her health. My mom is so appreciative of the wonderful service rendered to her. Thank you, God bless you all. Lydia
