Furthermore, Hajj Nasif was very helpful, kind and most importantly was knowledgeable in his field in providing great tourism experience to anyone wishing to travel especially to Umrah or Hajj. 5 years agoThis organization is very organized. They are accommodating before trips, and their customer service is amazing. They answered all questions we had prior to my mothers trip and made themselves available with information to prepare her for her trip. While at hajj, they are VERY helpful, accommodating, and go above and beyond during the trip to ensure all runs smoothly and with ease. I would highly recommend them for travels.

4 years agoMy husbond and I booked our trip to Australia through Rawan's travel...everything was great and amazing. I had Great customer service, quick problem solver when our first flight was delay due to weather conditions which made us miss our second flight. When I called the office one of the girls name Sonya solved the issue as quick as possible. She was very professional with sweet mouth. I advice people to go with Rawan's trvel because they are the best experience we had.

5 years agoThis is Bahaa Ibrahim. I saw your question that why left review without been a customer. I am costumer I just bought four ticket under my wife name. We had two bad issues with two employees. We talked to the employee they did not fix the problems they caused it. If you are the owner, go ask them. The employee who did the ticket for us said I have hotel in both ways in Dubai. After I paid the money and got the confirmation I found out that I have hotel only in way go, I do not have hotel in my way back so I have to stay over night in air port with my kids lay down on chairs. This is one of the very bad issue I got with this traveling office.
