Razi School has a commitment to maintaining the highest possible educational and ethical standards. We believe that every student, no matter what their background may be, should be given the opportunity to challenge themselves to the fullest extent. Therefore, we offer a strictly college preparatory curriculum at our school. We aim to provide an enriching environment, academic opportunities, and partnerships with area colleges and businesses that will enable our students to succeed as community leaders in a global society.
Razi School aims to foster spirituality and excellence in a distinctive Islamic environment. We have high expectations for our students in grades Pre-K – 12 which we help them achieve by. Developing the whole student while facilitating the success of all students. Through the daily contact with teachers as islamic role models and the interaction with their muslim peers, they will receive the strength and self esteem to stand up for what they believe in and let their voices be heard in a competitive society.
In addition, we have partnered with the NYC Department of Early Childhood Education in offering tuition-free full day Pre-Kindergarten classes for all 4 year-old children and 3K for 3 year-olds.

2 years agoI cannot be happier with what Razi School has been offering to my kids and highly recommend the school to anyone. Teachers care about their students, listen to them and do the best to help them achieve higher. Many events and activities are offered so my kids are doing something all the time. Certain academic course could be better, but I know that the school is doing the best. I have 100% trust in teachers and staff (which is hard to get nowadays).

7 years agoBoth of my kids attend the Razi school. I can not say anything negative about the school. I am very happy with the education that both of my children have received so far. The school is a private Islamic school it teaches all the major subject as well as Arabic and Quran. My experience with my childrens teachers has also been great! The teachers do everything they could to help them understand the material they give. I highly recommend this school.

2 years agoSo, I saw Al-Razi School and I decided to put my child in this school in 5th grade. So, I talked with Principal Karimi and met with him. Also, he helped me get an admission for my son. He started school when he was doing poorly at his old public school. So, we decided to take our child to the Al- Razi School and see how well he will do in this school . Well, from November he was doing poorly at Al-Razi, but than in a few months, he improved well and getting a lot better at Math, especially English. Also, Special thanks for Sr. Sabeena Rahman who teaches 5th grade and made my child improve. So, this school is one of the best schools you should send your child in.

2 years agoI did not expect my child to attend this school. Because my family's religion was not Islam...but I am very fortunate that my child attends 3k at this school. I was very worried about my child going to school for the first time. Also, my child started speaking late, so I was even more worried. But Ms. Imani and Ms. Sonia's kind and attentive care and I trusted them. Over the course of a year they have been well aware of all the developments of my child and have been excellent as an educator. Also 3k teachers Ms.perla and Ms. Aya was always on the same team with me. They cared for all the children with love. They also gave me all tips on education and were very helpful. They were always observing the child's behavior and informed me. It was also great to see the principal memorize all the children's names and greet them in front of the school gate every morning. Our family is very happy with this school.

7 years agoWonderful school in an Islamic environment...My kids have been going to Razi for 10 years now...Excellent staff and teachers! Everyone is so helpful and nice. 90% of middle school graduates are accepted to specialized high schools, which tells you a lot about the school.
