Peaceful and quiet waiting area, professional and efficient service. The front staff, the doctor and her nurse spoke clear English. My new patient female wellness routine visit was thorough and I received education on self exams. The entire visit took less than 40 minutes, during which time we covered my entire health including history, medications, social history, vitals; I received a breast exam, PapS, and phlebotomy. Everything was painless and stress-free. Overall a great experience.

I've been going to this practice for years and wasn't sure if I wanted to stay with them but after today's visit with Dr. Engel I definitely will. The office/lab staff was just lovely and Dr. Engel took more time than any doctor before to talk through all concerns, sharing options, and helping me find answers.

I have had great experiences with most of their doctors and been a patient with them for more than 8 years. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Dr. Thompson. At my 6 week postpartum visit, I share that my bleeding had tapered then come back and he thought that perhaps I had retained placenta. He could see the amount of bleeding I was having and even commented “that is a lot of bleeding.” I asked about getting in same day for the diagnostic ultrasound to confirm and was casually told probably not. He was going to send me home with the possibility of hemorrhage or infection. I was not made aware of the severe risks of this. If not for my hero at scheduling, I would have gone home for an undetermined amount of time. I’m not sure how my concerns about bleeding could be handled so cavalierly especially when he knows and is aware of this complication. The fact that he rushed through the appointment, did not listen or act upon my concerns, is deeply upsetting to me. I felt like a box being checked. His bedside manner has always been cold and rushed, but I expected a lot more from the one single appt a mother gets after delivery. Turns out it was very necessary for me to receive the ultrasound and procedure that day as I did have retained product. I will absolutely not be seeing him again, and I hope Reiter Hill takes serious action to ensure this doesn’t happen again to anyone else and that he think about how he treats and relates to his patients in a more sympathetic way.

No one really wants to go to the OBGYN..I mean honestly. But, finding Reiter, Hill & Johnson has changed the overall feelings of making appointments for me. My doctor Dr. Jackson is personable, gentle, caring, honest but most of all a human being. Her one-on-one approach is pleasing to me no matter what type of appointment I am having. From her care to the front office staff I have left feeling encouraged and empowered. Candice from the front desk always wraps up my appointment by a pleasant smile, a human touch and a prayer for good news. I highly recommend this practice and appreciate them for taking care of my most intimate needs.

Dr Thompson communicated with me mt procedure and what I can expect clearly. The entire team that assisted Dr Thompson were very kind and patient with me. Dr Thompson was very assuring. That made me comfortable during the procedure
