Ridgeview Internal Medicine

I moved here from South Carolina about 3 yrs ago and need to find a Doctor due to the medical issues I had. Dr. Hussein. Was recommended to me by an another Doctor I was see for memory issues. I’m am so thankful for his support for Dr Hussein he has been the most thorough Doctor I’ve ever seen. He takes the time to listen to me and he has the best knowledge and solutions and recommendations to the issues I’m having. Also the staff are always very nice and friendly.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve been trying to get this establishment to send my wife’s prescription to the pharmacy for the past three days. I’ve called them multiple times, and each time they assured me it would be done. Yet, when I check with the pharmacy, they still haven’t received the prescription. This is a basic task, and their inability to complete it is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend avoiding Ridgeview Internal Medicine—if they can’t handle something as simple as faxing a prescription, I wouldn’t trust them with anything more important.

My husband and I both see Brooke and Dr. Al-Khateeb. They are the best! The whole office is great. Big kudos to Jessica who seems to run the whole office. Anytime we call or need help with something, Jessica is always there and gets the job done!

This place could be much better if they hire the right staff. I hope that both doctors are reading the reviews. Though both doctors are good. It is very hard to deal with the staff prior to getting to see the doctors unfortunately. Jessica should be looking for another job. This is not the right field for her.

Dr. Al-Khateeb and Dr. Boswell are the best! My Husband and I have seen Dr Al-khateeb for many years and always received the best care. She is thorough, professional, and helps you to take better care of yourself by being preventative in nature and just a wonderful human being in general! I do recommended.
