2 months agoThis realtor had the home for 6wks and the selling agent NEVER showed the house themselves or had one an open house!! I asked numerous questions about this new commission law that was passed and they NEVER could answer. They never put a sign out front, they had 4 errors on the MLS listing. When I said I wanted a A unilateral withdrawal on the MLS to go with another agent, they tried to extort $700. All I have to say to any anybody who comes in contact with this real estate agency is run, run, run, run, run!!!!!

7 months agoJason's marketing magic turned my house sale into a record-breaker! Zillow views and saves skyrocketed thanks to his creative approach. The open house was packed, proving his talent for attracting serious buyers. But Jason's skills go beyond marketing. His negotiation was top-notch, exceeding my expectations, and was so much better than my past realtors. He was always there to answer questions and patiently guide me through the process. I've already raved about Jason to others, and I will absolutely trust him with my future real estate needs.

11 months agoTo say Victory Mortgage/ Market Elite dropped the ball multiple times would be taking the high road. We worked Jason Minnick who although a seasoned realtor / mortgage broker didnโt seem to knowledgeable about the VA loan process. Our close date got pushed back three times and every time we werenโt informed until COB that day. We were living in a hotel and had to hop around because we thought we were closing the day we checked out only to have to check back in. We coordinated with pack rat, furniture companies, window treatment companies, ETC. for dates that we were told we would close escrow only to have to reschedule due to clerical errors and misinformation. We were always reaching out to Jason NOT the other way around (which is how it should be a was with our selling agent in California) and when he did contact us it was empty promises flooded by excuses when the promises didnโt come to fruition. Iโm a very forgiving person and do realize there were some things out of his control like Wells Fargo not completing the wire correctly that prevented us from closing the third time (even though we asked a week before and were assured by Jason that it was an easy transaction even if there werenโt any Wells Fargo offices in Michigan but in hindsight we shouldโve dug deeper to find out the process) but when days go by without a phone call or text giving a status update shows the lack of diligence he showed for clients he was making about 18k off of not too mention that they were hotel hopping and having to reschedule numerous deliveries/appts. The day after we moved in he sent a text of โthings to doโ which was appreciated however I called him a couple days later regarding that list only for my call to be ignored to this day. Every realtor Iโve had business with previously would show their face and bring a housewarming gift by and display a level of courtesy and appreciation for our business. There has been NONE OF THAT in this case. No contact after the โthings to doโ text. You would think if you had clients who moved from California to Michigan and had to clear the hurdles we did that he would have showed us he cared and appreciated our business. What agent doesnโt give their new home owning clients a housewarming gift?! What agent doesnโt even return their new home owning clients call?! Under normal circumstances that treatment warrants a 1 star but given what weโve had to endure during this home purchase it โs a 0/5. When other people that were involved in our home buying process (not naming names for the sake of their anonymity and them conducting future business with Jason) tell you they feel sorry for how your realtor / mortgage co. are treating you and that you deserve better itโs hard not to be highly disappointed with the services they provided. Hopefully this will divert Jason and his companies from allowing this to happen moving forward. This is a HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

7 months agoRecently Rita Quail requested a showing at a property of mine. First she walked in the property an hour earlier than what she had originally requested, second she is a very unprofessional realtor overall. Have some respect for other people Property!

3 years agoMy fiancรฉ and I purchased our first home this October with the help of Jason Minnick at Market Elite, and we are beyond grateful that we had him on our side! We started our house-hunting search in July and as first-time home buyers, we were terrified of the market were about to enter into (super intimidating). We had endless (and probably annoying) questions and just overall nervous about the whole process. Despite the crazy hot market, Jason remained so patient with us and gave us lots of time to see many properties that we were interested in. He was easy going, experienced, knowledgeable, and most importantly, HONEST! He worked around our work schedules, answered all of our questions (even after working hours), and never made us feel like a burden. He really made the whole process less stressful. We are so grateful for all of the hard work Jason did to help us find our first home and couldn't be happier with the way everything worked out! If you are looking for a top-notch agent, I would recommend contacting Jason Minnick. Thank you again! -James and Samantha
