3 months agoI recently visited this hookah lounge and had an amazing experience! Our server, Adam, did a fantastic job assisting us with our order. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and punctual throughout our time there. The atmosphere was relaxing, the hookah was top-notch, and the service was exceptional. Adamโs professionalism and friendliness made our night even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

5 months agoThe loaded fries were perfectly seasoned & paired well with the pico and other savory flavors, the falafel was generous, plenty of flavor, crisp on the outside and soft center, paired with traditional tahini sauce, the Mediterranean salad was disappointing it looked like a 5 yrs old could have thrown it together better. The tomatoes were not prepared properly, nor the lettuce, plenty of feta and the olives had pits but that didnโt bother me. The appearance of the salad was scary. Everything else was great. I give honest reviews and it is what it is.

The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail was taken care of throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience, always checking in without being intrusive. The ambiance of the bar was cozy yet vibrant, making it the perfect spot to unwind with friends. The drinks were expertly crafted, and the staff was knowledgeable, offering great recommendations. Whether youโre looking for a relaxing evening or a lively night out, Rotana is definitely the place to be. I canโt recommend this bar enough! The service was top-notch, and Iโll definitely be returning soon.

3 months agoHad a fantastic time at this hookah lounge! Our server, Adam, was absolutely wonderfulโsuper helpful and attentive. He made sure our orders were perfect and was always there when we needed something. The hookah was smooth, and the ambiance was just right for a relaxing night out. Adamโs prompt and friendly service truly made our experience memorable. Highly recommend this place and will definitely return soon! On tip: Clean hookahs. Really scrubbed after every use.
