3 weeks agoNice hidden gem in Falls church. The gentleman running the register was great and friendly. The butcher was also good and accommodating; in fact he put the box of meat in my car. Iโm coming here from now on.

9 months agoToday I got very disappointed! I asked my husband to buy two whole chickens and cut them into curry sizes. but what he got was only two whole chickens cut into four parts including thighs. and the chicken is not a whole chicken, each chicken only half. The question is where is the other half chicken ? because I know for sure he weighs the chicken before he cut the chicken!

2 years agoUsually iโll go to this shop to buy chicken, goat meat. Few years back, this shop was providing good customer service. But for the last couple of years, I could literally see the drastic change in customer service. They will focus only on customer who purchase in large quantity. Customers buying less quantity will not be paid attention at all, made to wait for longer time and will be given some old, balance meat (not fresh). Last week went and asked whole chicken. Instead they took cut pieces from two different packages and gave it. Dishonest weighing. Completely rude and disrespect behaviour. Decided not to go to this shop again.

6 years agoI highly recommend Safa Mart. Went there for the first time to pick up a rather large and complicated order of both red and white meat. They suggested that if I can come a bit later, they would rather give me fresher meat since they have a delivery coming in. I highly appreciated the honesty and care. I was also very impressed with how clean and organized the store was. Customer service was 10/10 and the owner was a true gentleman in taking out the groceries and loading my car for me. As for meat, I have been in VA all my life and I have never seen a halal meat place providing such clean, fresh,and thoughtfully and individually packed portions the way Safa Mart did. I was so pleased I literally called them to thank them. They now have a loyal customer and would definitely send family and friends their way.
