I have lived in a number of cities and states and have worked with a variety of people, but Mark Riegal provided (hands down) the best service I have ever received. His thoughtfulness from the moment of engagement to beyond the time of close made a huge difference in our interaction. We began with an introductory meeting that helped me better understand the agency relationship and what to expect from the start of my search for a new home to closing. This helped me feel more calm and less anxious about "the unknowns". Once the search began, it only took two trips to view homes to find exactly what I was looking for, because Mark only showed me the properties that exactly matched my requested specifications. We were able to make an offer within a few hours of seeing the house and move to close within a month (which is unusual, but fit my efficiency, speed, and needs). Even better than all of this, Mark connected me to a suite of individuals who could provide all of the tangential services - painters, window cleaners, insurance agent, broker, carpet cleaners, carpenter and electrician, movers, lawn and snow removal services, etc. Every person/team referred has been excellent to work with as well, a true testament to decades of strong relationship building and care for those relationships. The prices for each were highly competitive and we were able to schedule in a timely manner (even during busy seasons). At closing, Mark provided clear, transparent, thoughtful information and assistance with all final paperwork filing. He answered the questions I didn't even know that I had. I cannot rave enough about Mark and Real Estate One. If it is a choice between him and anyone else, choose him. Choose him. I can't emphasize it enough.
