    I worked with Nathan previously in a real estate transaction (May 2020) and thought he did an ok job. So, I recommended him in a settlement to sell my and my ex's home. We agreed to list the property $25K below market value because Nathan felt confident we would get multiple offers at that price point. He and Lori (his wife, who does not hold an active license) then proceeded to stage the contemporary home--recommending taxidermy, cowskin, cowboy art, and a saddle in the family room built in shelving. The Skorick Team staging recommendations went against industry standards and did not remotely compliment marble floors and countertops. Nathan did not comply with my wishes to neutralize the staging/pictures for a broader buyer appeal--I was already out of the home. He refused to offer written staging feedback which I requested numerous times. Most buyers cannot see past dead animal heads and a western theme which is very distracting to say the least. Some people find it to be a huge turnoff. It was an unnecessary risk. This miscalculation was evident. Per Nathan, "given the number of showings (received) we would anticipate 2-3 offers". No acceptable offers came in the expected timeframe. When we did receive an initial offer, Nathan emailed that it was being actively negotiated in the same email in which he presented the offer to me. He negotiated this offer without my consent or knowledge which was completely unprofessional and a violation of his duties as my Realtor. Less than a month into the listing, he did a "bait and switch" tactic when he provided a largely new set of comps that were not in the same custom neighborhood and did not even feed to the same schools. His new recommendation accompanying these comps was to decrease the sales price $30,000. We did not take Nathanโ€™s advice and I am very thankful. The home eventually did sell near list price but his poor recommendations almost cost us $30K! I would not recommend Nathan or this KW Celina branch based on my personal experience.

    I worked with KATHI STEFANU to sell my Frisco house in July 2022. I also worked with Kathi to buy that house six years earlier and to sell the McKinney house I was moving from. (I moved out of state this time so she couldn't help me buy again.) Kathi was very helpful every time - making the houses look their best for selling and showing us dozens of houses when we were buying. Kathi also helped a friend sell his house, going above and beyond to get the house ready and maximizing its value.

    Tammy not only is an amazing realtor, she can also do your mortgage loan. As a package deal the rate is way lower! Plus costs were way less! Plus she has been an investor for over 20 years so she knows how to flip and rent homes.
