A true entrepreneur at heart, Sam started his own business at the age of 19. Prior to settling in Yuma in 2017, Sam resided in Grenada, West Indies in the Caribbean from 1993 to 2017. In Grenada, Sam launched his real estate career in 2004 and served in the real estate industry through 2016. He also successfully led several other businesses.
“My long-lasting and successful years in business differentiates me from the competition. I ran my own businesses in the Caribbean– from specializing in furniture to department stores and also real estate. My success came from upholding high morals, valuing the highest level of customer service, and being honest,” Sam said.
Sam is fluent in both Arabic and English. He enjoys giving back to his community by volunteering with different programs, including Yuma Lodge #17, United Way of Yuma County and Shriners for Children.
