Beware of attempting to buy a property if this office is the selling agent. Will play games and lie that there are counter offers AFTER you put in your own offer, even for properties that have been sitting for months, only for those other offers to never move forward.

Bought one home the end of January and sold another in April thanks to the expertise of Christine Basirico and KW Platinum. Chris kept us updated on every step of the buying and selling process and was patient, kind, and informative, especially when dealing with a first time home buyer. All facets of the purchase and sale went smoothly. She assisted and backed us while doing a little bargaining and kept in contact with us so we didn’t have to call her to find out what was going to happen next. We highly recommend her and will definitely call on her should we have any friends or family who are in the market for a new home.

We have been looking for a home for the past 3 month and came across one where the owners were working with KW chesterfield . In the first stages of the process everything was great, most online paperwork went fine no problems ( because KW wasn't involved) but, as soon as we reached the final stages of signing the papers and finding out a date for moving in , everything seemed to fall apart. Our realtor ( buying side) tried numerous times to contact their realtor ( selling side ) to find out an exact date for our move ( because we are RENTING) but, with no luck. No response for almost a week from their realtor( selling side KW) and then all the sudden on a Saturday afternoon at 4:00 PM their realtor decides to text back with a day which ended up not even being the exact date( and this cycle repeated 3 times). Now, we are still waiting to see if they can finally hold up their end of the deal . All in all the communications between seller and buyer sucks due to this annoying factor of her not picking up the phone.

Just closed a deal with Realtor Ariel Radtke. Working with Ariel was an absolute pleasure!!! I found her very informative, well researched, and she was right on point with her advice and suggestions. She was always available for any/all of my questions and provided any/all information I requested in a very timely manner.
