Rented a property from them for two years. Had a leaking window in the dining room they would never fix. Basement leaked, never fixed. Screwed us out of our security deposit by saying we didn't give them 60 day notice when the lease showed a 30 day notice. They had no clue as to who the utilities were supplied through when we moved in. Setup appointments without giving us notice when we had a newborn in the house. We honored our part of the lease but they fell short on their end. You're better off buying a house and not dealing with them.

Dealing with Patricia was a great experience. She was always available to talk and answer questions. She was very patient and was understanding of my situation. If you're going to sell a house and have tenants in there, I'd recommend getting them out as soon as possible. Patricia was right, it makes it easier to sell a property this way. But she went beyond where most relators would go to help sell this home. There were certainly some rough times but we got through those and had the house in contract a few weeks after renovating the property. I would definitely recommend this team to sell your property.

This company is a great company they have realtors that have had many years of experience. They will find the exact home you need and are always ready to help any time of the day. My experience with broker donato was awesome he always knew what to say and do he always made me feel like i was the only client he had. thank you for the experience and keep up the great work with this company.

Looked at a rental house on Linwood Ave. It had roaches. When I told the property manager, he was very nonchalant and said the roaches were dead because he hired an exterminator. I pointed at a live one on my way out. There was a strong odor of water / mold. There was dog feces on the basement floor. The door was also tagged saying the city had received complaints about unsafe conditions, which the property manager quickly pulled off and attempted to cover up.

Brian was so fabulous and was with us step by step in helping us purchase and selling homes. I will never go anywhere else ever again and will recommend to all my friends and family!
