I had a frustrating experience with ExP Realty LLC while working with Wenjie Wang. The lack of communication between her and the realtor created significant issues, as they kept sending me documents to sign through different platforms without coordinating with each other. This confusion complicated the payment process, especially since I was moving across the United States and needed a smoother transition. They didn't accommodate electronic payments properly and seemed unaware that cashier's checks hold the same value as money orders. Moreover, I faced unnecessary delays in receiving my mail key and was left in the dark about which mailbox was mine for three weeks. Whenever I sought direct answers, I was met with vague responses and constantly referred back to my lease agreement—despite the fact that I had already read it thoroughly and still lacked the essential information I needed. To make matters worse, Wenjie attempted to embarrass me in an email by pointing out my lack of understanding, copying multiple unknown recipients. I had to respond assertively to get a prompt answer, which came with an apology. Each time I reached out with questions, I felt disregarded and treated as if my concerns didn’t matter. As a paying tenant, I expected better service and support, but unfortunately, my experience with ExP Realty LLC was far from satisfactory. I would not recommend them based on this experience.

Alexis Pettway was extremely rude and demanding. Everytime I asked her a question, she was very demeaning. I expected more from eXp Realty and I plan on taking my business elsewhere because of HER. Train your employees better on how to actually speak to clients. I have never met anyone so unprofessional.

Worked with Ron and from the moment I arrived at the property to lease I could tell I wasn’t what he expected. He said less than five words to me during the tour of the home. I asked about application process and fees he was very dry and unwelcoming. I offered to send him my email for the application and his reply was sure. I sent him the email and I still have not received the application. It’s clear that I’m not the “target audience” for this particular home.

I called Wade Hunter and left a voicemail several times to inquire about one of his listings located in Lissie, TX. He never called me back. I went to check the property on my own and find out that the water well pump was running non-stop so I called him once again and left a message, I even texted him to inform him about the situation and he never took the time to replied nor to called me back. I don't know how long he been in the real estate business but he acted so unprofessional. I am totally disappointed by the way the works. I totally don't recommend him at all.
