Dr. Khattab has almost 20 years of experience in dentistry. He earned his first degree – a Bachelor of Dental Surgery – in 1997 from the University of Baghdad School of Dentistry. After moving to the United States, he was accepted into the prestigious University Of Michigan where he earned his second degree.
Dr. Khattab is very passionate about dentistry. He believes โby improving peopleโs smiles, you can improve their lives.โ Also, he believes strongly in continuing education to further his skills and techniques, always aspiring to achieve clinical excellence in his day-to-day practice. As part of his continuing dental education, Dr. Khattab focuses on adult complex restorations, esthetics, and dental implants.
After years of advanced training and experience, Dr. Khattab discovered that each patient represents a unique set of conditions, desires, and expectations that must be evaluated and understood. He offers a free consultation to develop a personalized and comprehensive treatment plan for each and every one of his patients.
Dr. Khattab works as a full-time dentist at Lorton Town Dental. In his free time, Dr. Khattab enjoys traveling, working out, playing soccer, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.

4 months agoDr Samer Khattab, The best Dentist in town! I have seen so many dentists in DC, MD and VA because of the issues I had with my teeth. I spent so much money and time with other dentists before I met Dr. Samer Khattab at Lorton Town Dental office. At the time I was thinking to go to Turkey to have the implant done. Thanks to Dr Samer he addressed straight the implant issues I had without wasting my time and money. I am now smiling happily and the price I paid was reasonable and I am glad I have it done in Lorton Town Dental not Turkey. I really thank Dr Samer and his office crew for their patience, friendly and healthy atmosphere. It is been almost 2 years now with no issues. Thank you Doc! Guys if you need a dentist who will treat you nicely and do good dental job Dr Samer is your guy. Trust me you will be happy. Doc may God bless you and your team! 2 years agoFor the past 30 years I have been looking for a good dentist for multiple bridge work. Dr Khattabโs name surfaced during a search for top rated dentist in the Springfield, VA area. Contrary to my past experiences, I found that Dr Khattab is extremely experienced and knowledgeable in his field. He is very thorough and explains everything to my level of understanding. His prices are reasonable. Dr khattabโs quality of work is impeccable and he took him no time to adorn my mouth with a litany of bridges. His bedside manner is the best I have ever experienced. Until now, I never had a smile that is so comforting and so natural. Anyone looking to have major dental work done, i highly encourage you to consult with Dr Khattab. You will not be disappointed. One noteworthy point. I moved out of the area to North Carolina. I still drive 6 hours to come see him for major and minor dental work. I highly recommend Dr Khattab for all dental work. His staff is as great as he is.
