a year agoThis wasnโt my first real estate purchase. Over the years Iโve worked with many realtors. Sarah is the best. She is dedicated, passionate about her career, diligent, intuitive and professional. Immediately after our initial introduction she presented us with many listings. All of them were responsive and appropriate. When we found the house, she helped us through the intricacies of the purchase. She found a group of excellent pros for the inspections and was present at all of them. Throughout the whole process she was always available, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We trusted her completely and liked her enormously You will too.

4 years agoSarah helped me buy my first house and was great to work with! I didn't know much about the home buying process but she was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient as I decided what I wanted (which kept changing as I learned more). We eventually came across the dream home and this is where she really shined! The market is very competitive now for buyers and she helped us put together a strong offer that ultimately secured the home and worked extremely well with the seller's agent to bring everything to a smooth close. I highly recommend Sarah for anyone intimidated by the home buying process. It was obvious to me that she is passionate about ensuring her clients find the perfect home. She was never pushy and made the process fun as she guided us to the home that checked all of our boxes. Thank you for everything, Sarah!

2 years agoAs a first time home buyer, the entire process seemed very daunting. But Sarah was the best! She explained the process in a digestible way and was super responsive to all my questions, both big and small. I also liked that she was objective yet encouraging throughout the shopping process. She was easily accessible and prompt and always had a positive attitude! We ran into a couple hiccups along the way as Iโm sure most people do, but Sarah always went to bat for me. She even hired a cleaning service when she knew I wasnโt happy with how the sellers left the property. She wanted to make sure I was completely in love with my new home, and I am!! Thank you so much Sarah!!

2 years agoAbsolutely top tier real estate agent! She never pushed for us to make an offer if we werenโt comfortable or if there were issues with a house. She listened to us and delivered on what we asked for. Honestly we felt so spoiled by Sarah. She dedicated so much time to us and answered questions quickly. She was very thorough when it came to the contracts and during house tours. Her home feedback was honest and not the BS โitโs cuteโ that we got from other agents we have worked with. Highly recommend if you are looking to buy or sell in Los Angeles.

3 years agoProfessional, responsive, thoughtful, and kind - these are all words that describe Sarah Asaly. But what I liked most about working with Sarah as a first time home buyer was that I was able to go at my own pace. Sarah and I started conversations at the beginning of the year. Things at work changed for me, so I had to put the house search on pause. A few months later, I picked up the phone again and Sarah was there. I saw a house I liked, Sarah scheduled a showing for tomorrow. We received a counter, Sarah prepared a stronger offer the same day. Closing was a sprint to the finish line and Sarah kept pace the whole way through. She's the kind of person you want on your team because unknown unknowns will inevitably pop up in the home buying process, and you'll need someone like her to calmly break it down until it all makes sense. Stepping into your first home will feel like a natural consequence of you understanding the process, without feeling forced or rushed into something just because it has a roof and four walls. It only took two showings for me to find the one. If the world worked differently, I'm sure Sarah would be the one to help you nail it on the first try. But it's never the first!
