Sarah Botros is an attorney at Key Law Office PC. Her primary practice area is family law.
Sarah grew up in Houston, Texas, and lived in Norway and Dubai during her childhood. 4 months agoSarah and her team were very knowledgeable and shared helpful information throughout the whole process. I appreciate her timeliness in returning my emails/phone calls when I had questions. I would highly recommend the Key Law Office to others in search of a Family Lawyer.

6 months agoWonderful. Well worth the money. There was never a moment where we didn't fully understand what was going on, and we had SO MANY questions. Sarah was so patient, kind and honest with us. She never made us feel as inadequate or dumb in any way, and this was a very challenging time in our lives. Sarah was great and she helped us navigate such a stressful time in our lives. I would absolutely recommend Sarah and her team.

7 months agoAfter reading such great reviews from the Key Law Office I decided to book a consultation for my husband who is currently battling for full custody of his 3 kids. We originally signed after having a consultation with Miguel Castillo. He made us waste our time meeting with him just to have him resign from the firm a short week later. Billing reflected incorrect meeting times, I called the law firm to correct it and was told over the phone that they would fix it the next billing cycle which they didn't. My husbands case then was transferred to Jacob Dannen who over a 20 min phone call told my husband "Hey man i'm tryna help you out here." as if my family was asking for a favor vs paying him for his time. This was the first and last time my husband ever was able to get in contact with this lawyer. We were billed because Alicia called my phone instead of my husbands after we corrected the contact number with Miguel. We got billed for BOTH LAWYERS to "prep" to take on his case even after we were promised we would get credited for Miguel's meeting and prep work since he didn't represent us and we still stuck with the firm. Overall, my husband feels that we spent unnecessary money as has since gone Pro-Se and we ended our relationship with them over 2 missed meetings, 3 unreturned phone calls, and the lack of professionalism and readiness from Jacob. I urge all families to go elsewhere for legal representation as this experience has just delayed our journey to keep the kids safe. UPDATE: we have received several emails and phone calls about my review. I am confident this firm buys their reviews as Alicia has emailed my husband with an effort to what at first seemed like an effort to right Mr. Dannens wrongs. She offered a partial refund for the fees and then turned around to say we must delete the review in order to receive a PARTIAL refund of what they WRONGLY charged. Itโs a shame this is who is running for judge and further proves the sham of what Family Law really stands for.
