How am I different from other real estate agents?
I practice active marketing. The key is to get your home sold in the shortest time possible and net you the most money in the end. This rarely, if ever, occurs with a passive approach. Your home is usually the most important investment in your life. And helping clients buy and sell homes is my business. I must emphasize the word “business”. Unfortunately, very few agents treat their job as such. This is why many homes never sell.
