Shatila Lebanese Grill & Hookah Lounge

Love the Lebanese cuisine from Shatila the flavors are always on point and they are available late which is such a plus! I enjoy the lentil soup, mixed plate , & kibbeh .

My favorite restaurant to come with friends! Great outdoor patio and excellent servers (Rida is my favorite server!) The food is authentic and always fresh and delicious. Everything on the menu is great but my personal favorite is the hummus, salads and lamb. 100% recommend if you want a relaxing welcoming environment with friends and enjoy some hookah.

The place looks like an abandoned building from the outside, but because it was highly recommended we went in and sat down. As we walked in the young wait staff made fun of us and kept pointing at us and laughing even after we were waiting for a waiter or waitress, that never came to our table and may I add dirty and sticky table. I understand everyone is in tittle to their own opinions, but when opinions turn in to bullying and harassment that’s another thing. So we got up and respectfully left their establishment. We left after 15 minutes of not being serviced and being disrespected. Never coming back to this place ever again!

I’m a local and Shatila isn’t far from me at all. I’ll give them a call with a Togo order and it’s usually ready within 5-10 minutes. Service is never an issue and the food is ALWAYS delicious. My go to is the gyro wrap with French fries. Check them out!

The food was okay. That's not the problem. Let me list out what terrible experiences we have faced: 1. There was a cockroach in the breads. When we complained they were like, "guys chill this is fine." They wanted to just make it like a normal thing which it obviously isn't. 2. The management was extremely rude and racist and when we were trying to explain this is not normal and the least they should do is apologize, they even went ahead and tried to threaten us to call the cops as if we were making a scene. 3. Extremely unprofessional waiters who don't even know the quantities of sides that come along with the ordered combo meal. As a whole, a terrible experience, never going to this place ever again in my life.
