a week agoThe people were very nice and friendly. Went here for lunch. I probably wouldnโt order what I ordered again. Ordered chicken tawook, and letโs say it wasnโt really worth it for four pieces of small chicken. Other people got shawarmas, so that might be better choice. So I would say order the shawarma. But what I ate wasnโt bad, just for price I wasnโt thrilled with 4 small chicken pieces.

a month agoTook Chicken swarma dinner menu. Chicken was very hard and characterless... may be reheated stuff... took the menu home... had I opted for dine in... would have returned it. Sorry. fries and salad were good Though. 2 stars. Menu and the price listed in the Google maps were from 90's... if you want today's price, multiply by 2 times. 23$ + tip for this menu is not worth it.

a month agoJust freaking wow. The guys working there were awesome! Super friendly. I'm here for work from Georgia so I just said I'll have whatever you recommend and make it spicey. They asked how spicey? And I told them they couldn't make it hot enough if they tried. And oh they tried. They made me the Dejavu' and they delivered on the heat, but more than that, the layers of awesome flavors in the dish are insane. The meat was perfect, the veggies made just right, the sauces and seasons just blended together like magic. I had to call them up while I was eating to let them know it's probably the best food I've had in months. I'm sure it's just as good without the heat, but if heat is your jam, go in there and tell them you want a Dejavu like they made for that one dude from Georgia. You won't be sorry.

10 months agoI rarely go to a restaurant twice in a week, let alone on back to back nights, but Shawarma Man is a very worthy exception. Over the course of two nights, I tried โDeja Vu,โ their signature dish. Itโs difficult to adequately describe this dish but it starts with fries, then sauce, then salad, then shawarma (I got 1/2 chicken 1/2 beef), then pickles, turnips, tomatoes, and a Thai chili pepper. There is a few sauces throughout too, which all go well together. Itโs a lot of delicious food. The spicy hummus is wonderful. On night 2, the chicken ghallaba was the best version Iโve tasted. Moe is making some incredible food.
