Sheeba is a no-frills, authentic Middle Eastern restaurant. It serves classic dishes including gallaba, hummous, baba ganouj, maaloog, foul mudamus and shish tawook. The restaurant does a lot of its business in carry-out, but there are tables available to dine-in.

2 months agoBack in Hamtramck, let's try a new place. Everything sounded great. The descriptions are very helpful especially if you're unfamiliar with the cuisine. With a menu this size, it takes a while to decide. The soup is astoundingly good. Added some of the crushed peppers and really "kicked it up a notch". When the entree arrived, it was bubbling violently in its clay pot. Then the platter sized bread arrived. I wish I could fully describe it well. I will gladly return.

a week agoMy favorite place for Lamb Fasah!โค๏ธDelicious with the best spices of any restaurant Iโve had in Detroit. I brought dear friends here from out of state, and we had a great lunch. Service was A+. I appreciated the parking lot right next to the building.

2 months agoThey were so welcoming and the food was delicious they even gave us a complimentary lentil soup that was freshly made. I had the half chicken. We couldnโt help but eat half the food before I realized I shouldโve taken a picture. So delicious. ๐คค

9 months agowe decided to try Shiva Mandi special combos turn out to be a real gem despite the restaurant not being fancy, but it made us feel at home. The food was excellent flavorful and delicious but what really is stole our hearts was people at Sheba they were very respectful. and on top they didnโt even charge for Tea.
