2 months ago6/22 Edit: Mark and I spoke - it did take a bit of phone tag but when we connected I gave him feedback on my client/user experience (reiterating what Iโve written below). Besides my on boarding calls when I first became a customer 3 years ago this was the most detailed talk I had. A solution is still in the works but I will at least bump my rating up for the quick response to my review. I can never get in touch with anyone from this agency. I've been with them for 3 years and every time I reach out to them my calls, emails and voicemails are never returned. And when I have been able to reach someone they are not interested at all in helping me find better rates or adjust coverages to align with what I need. Instead, I just get shoulder shrugs and no appreciation for the time I have been with them. Much easier to work with another agency or directly with the insurance company.

2 months agoI have been a loyal customer of signature insurance for over 4 years and have even recommended many friends and family to them. Recently, my monthly payments increased by $500, despite the fact that I have medical insurance coverage. They blame inflation for the increase, claiming that it's not within their control to set the prices. However, as the broker, they have the ability to help lower the price but choose not to. They promise to shop around for better rates, but after a week, they came back saying they couldn't do anything. This company is untrustworthy and filled with the professional liars. Beware of Signature Insurance. I wish there was an option for 0 stars.
