Simply Fresh Mediterranean Grill

I did a meal train order for a friend. I called with so many questions, but they were patient with me and answered all of my questions. I placed a same day Catering order. Not only did they say "yes" to the order but they also cooked everything just before pick up for maximum freshness and so it was hot. They helped me bring to the car and they checked for every item before I left. That food was SO SO GOOD!! My friend and her family asked for the location so they can order again. Thank you all so much for the amazing service and amazing food!

I wasnt surprised to see another review about the horrible customer service! The food is decent. Not great, not always fresh but it’s good for the price. It’s also in walking distance from where I work. I consider myself a regular. and I do carry out, over the phone. I know modern tipping culture is crazy but this is ridiculous! And which is why I will not be returning. I have been asked to provide tips on my phone- in carry out orders every time I’ve called within last few months! Actually, I shouldn’t say every time, it’s only one young lady who does this. But it really bothers me. She’s got long dark hair and glasses.She’s just plain rude and I know she knows who I am when I come in to pick up the order. So I know what was said yesterday was on purpose. yesterday I called in an order an She forgot to hang up the phone. Or maybe she wanted me to hear? I heard her say “ it’s that B! who never tips.” I couldn’t make out what the next person said. But then she says, “yeah, but this is food. She should be worried... oh Sh! the phone..” Sorry, I should NEVER have to worry about my food safety, whether I tip or not, so I won’t be going back. Whoever her superior is should be “worried” about the health dept. if this is accepted behavior.

The food at Simply Fresh is simply delicious! The restaurant is very clean and the staff could not be more friendly and inviting! So many amazing dishes to choose from and they are all great! Can’t wait to go back👍

Tried out this place while on a business trip. Food was good ! The meat had no seasoning at all, so my taste it needs seasoning. Otherwise everything else tasted great ! Nice and clean restaurant. Service was fantastic ! Thank you !

Great place to grab food in Plymouth, the food is amazing (especially the chicken platter). Inside is pretty minimal but they have seating and chairs to eat in, or you can grab it and eat it in the park
