Food was delicious! POSITIVE atmosphere! Consistent friendly service! Hospitable Management, Waitstaff, Kitchen Staff, Bar, and Security ALL treated my brother and I like kings! Was just having dinner with my brother on a slow Sunday, but I left feeling upbeat and happy! We ordered a mixed grill, hummus, iced latte, and hot tea! Thank you very much!

I've been coming to Sivas in Vegas for a long time now, and it's always been top-notch. They've got the best hookah in town, hands down. The flavors are always on point, and the smoke is just right. And the food? Wow, it's the good stuff – think super tasty Mediterranean dishes that are fresh every time. They've got this live DJ who knows exactly what songs to play, making the vibe just perfect. But what really makes Sivas stand out is how they treat you. From the second you walk in, the vibe is friendly and welcoming. They're always popping by your table to check if you need anything, which makes a huge difference. Big shout out to Diana and Julia. Diana was our server, and she nailed it, making sure we had all we needed without having to ask. And Julia at the bar? She's magic with drinks – those green tea Jameson shots and her cocktails are just something else. Big thanks to Sivas! You guys make every visit special. I'll definitely keep coming back!
