Established in 2002, Soussi has been serving up Mediterranean and North African influenced cuisine in Adams Morgan, the most culturally diverse and vibrant neighborhood in Washington DC. Loved by locals and tourists, Soussi stays open late to cater to the bustling crowds that flock to our restaurant for food, drinks and fun.

a month agoWish there was more seating, especially in the hotter seasons. With no fan outside, youโre absolutely baking by sitting outside. Cocktails are decent, but expensive. Hookah lounge upstairs with sofa and service. Public restrooms. Service was interesting. Our server made a face when we asked to split the check. There was also a bit of a language barrier with accents and such. My guest enjoyed the cake they offer for dessert, but didnโt finish it. Parking is rough.

2 months agoVisiting from NYC and I was in luck to have found this spot. Super relaxing, great vibes, delicious moroccan food and great Hookah. My server was Seth, who's a gem of a person and super kind and hospitable. Definitely coming back again.

a year agoFood and atmosphere were to notch. During a crowded DC night, this was a nice low-key place to been with hookah, great drinks, and good energy. I would recommend the hookah simply based on the prices in comparison to other locations. The process of having multiple waiters got a tad bit confusing, but there was always someone to help us! Recommendations: Calamari, Baked Salmon, and Lamb Sliders

3 months agoDon't waste your money there! The other night, I went to this place with some friends. The waiters brought us water and said we had to spend at least $50 easily because a single hookah was $45. She never returned to check on us, so my friend had to get up and go to the counter to order. They didn't even replace the charcoal for our hookah. Then, at 1:00 a.m., the waiters came and started cleaning our table while I was still eating! They brought the check and said they were closing in an hour. I was like, "What the heck?" I didn't tip at first because I had to get up and order my own food and get water, and they didn't even refill my water. The waitress came back and said the service charge wasn't added and that I had to tip! I gave a tip because I didn't want to ruin my night, but that was incredibly rude and unacceptable.

a month agoWe rolled in here with a group of 10 or so after our wedding party and Amir and the staff took amazing care of everyone. Lovely space, delicious cocktails and superb service! Canโt wait to return to try the food.
