We welcome you to St. Michael’s Orthodox Church website. The Orthodox Church, continuing from the first Pentecost, has remained faithful to the teachings and practices passed on from the Apostles and the early Church Fathers throughout its 2000 year history. Please browse our website and find out about Orthodoxy and our family friendly, welcoming parish located in western Metro Detroit. We are under the jusidiction of the Patriarchal Parishes of the Russian Orthodox Church in the USA (Moscow Patriarchate). Services are in English with some Church Slavonic during Liturgies. We follow the “new” (Gregorian) calendar. Though we are primarily an English speaking parish, we do have some Russian immigrant parishioners who converse in their native language. We invite you to come and join with us in experiencing the beautiful Liturgy of the Orthodox church.

2 years agoRedford Union's 1st annual Football banquet. Nicely decorated and food was good (a little on the cold side but seasoned well). Plenty of parking and centrally located from the school. Nice place for events

2 years agoVery nice facility. The walls were nicely painted. The floors were carpeted with a wooden dance floor. The food was delicious. The wait staff was attentive and efficient. The ladies room had 3 stall, (2 regular, 1 handicap) and was real clean. There was plenty of onsite parking. If I plan an event, they will definitely be on the top of my list of venues.
