5 months agoThis firm is excellent. Dealt with Stephen on an insurance matter where I'd had a totally unreasonable denial. Stephen is a total boss. Really great to work with. Dealt well with me well and I'm not always easy. Handled the case with care. I would have been happy if we won or lost. His demand letter was 100x better than mine. He's great. The insurance company reversed the claim.
