Moving back to Texas from Minnesota after many years, we weren't sure where to start. Both in person and remotely (thanks, COVID-19), Monica was absolutely on the ball every step of the way. Quick, thorough responses, regular updates, a knack for sensing exactly what turned us on or off about a house, an obvious expertise about the area and market plus plenty of connections -- she had it all. That she's ultra friendly and down to earth, just a bonus. Trust her without reservation.

Jaime did a wonderful job as our realtor. My wife and I are first time home owners so the whole process of looking at homes, getting approved for a loan, etc seemed very daunting. Jaime helped us take the whole process in stride while making sure we had no surprises. Our situation was especially complicated because we formerly lived 7 hours away and were unable to be in town for much of the process (such as the walk through and closing). Jaime was our advocate in town that would do whatever was necessary to make sure the process happened smoothly. If an issue came up with the sellers agent, she took care of it fast. I was impressed by how hard she was willing to work to make sure the job was not only done right but also in a way that made it very easy on my end. She personally took care of the inevitable inconveniences and complications of home buying. This allowed my wife and I the freedom to simply get excited for our new home.

We just closed on our new house and it couldn’t have been smoother. Troy walked us through everything and made the process as painless as possible. We highly recommend him! Thank you, Troy!

So unorganized and unprofessional. Lost our rent on multiple occasions, adamantly tried to blame it on us, and then conveniently found it after arguing our case. It was a pain for two years.
