4 months agoTamer was outstanding as our buyer's agent. My wife and I first contacted Tamer 12 months ago for research purposes and even though we weren't ready to buy just yet he met with us and thoroughly explained the process details of buying our first home. Later during the house hunt Tamer was a great asset. Always responsive and never annoyed by the many questions we kept throwing at him. We were able to purchase our home below the asking price and I'm sure Tamer's experience and social skills played a great part in making that happen. Once in Escrow, he was also able to negotiate a further and significant price reduction based on home inspection findings. All in all 10/10 experience! If you want a thoroughly good dude as your agent, go with Tamer!

4 years agoI was lucky enough to work with Tamer on a sale where he represented the Buyer, and I represented the Seller. He gave me updates and communicated with me through every phase of the transaction, which was especially important since we had a very short escrow. Tamer has excellent communication skills and is very professional, definitely a 5 star experience!

3 years agoMy wife and I were looking to buy our first home and Tamer was referred to us by a friend. I was nervous at first with the whole process but after the first meeting with Tamer, I felt like we were in greats hands. He utilized his knowledge of the area and our house requirements to find great homes to take a look at and we found something that we loved. He was always communicating with us to let us know where we were in the process. He used his negotiation skills to get the price down by $30k and got additional money to help with closing costs. The buyer accepted and Tamer worked with our loan officer, the seller, and escrow to ensure we closed in 21 days. He made this process super easy, especially for buying our first home. I would definitely recommend him for anything you would like to do with real estate.
