2 months agoThe food is exceptional and unique, each dish was delicious and extremely flavorful. We came when there was only one other table occupied and the restaurant is very large but has both smaller and larger booths that allow some privacy. We ordered two dishes, a family platter or appetizers sampler for $37.50 and also a lamb briyoni dish for $19. But since the platter did not come with pita, we ordered two pitas for 1.98. The food came quickly and we really enjoyed it! The big issue was the service as our server just seem so flippant and rude. We asked how much the extra pita was and she just said โI donโt know โ nor was she checking on it for us. She acted like it was an insult to ask. Since the appetizers was huge and had no rice or pita, we just ordered two more. A great diner with terrible service. We spent $60 for two people and she was awful. Too badโฆ,

a week agoFood taste and quantity is little bit low when compared to my previous visit. Especially rice taste used to be good but now that flavour was lacking something. I hope they get back with same old taste when they were on Overland road.

a month agoThe food was excellent. The people working here are awesome. It was our first visit and the crew made it a great experience. We had multiple dishes. They were all exceptionally flavored. The basmati rice is wonderful. The kabobs were excellent. The chicken swarma salad was super tangy. We had the 4 salad sampler that had a few extra items so we could taste everything. We were stuffed with great food. They have a small store with spices and foods from the middle East. They have Pomegranate molasses that is basically a super food in a bottle. There are plenty of vegetarian options. This will definitely be our new lunch spot.

5 months agoOur first visit and definitely not our last. Food was fresh and delicious and the service felt like I was at my momโs house. My daughter surprised us all and ordered lentil soup, husband and I had different shwarmas and a hummus appetizer, we all shared. We couldnโt get enough, and cleaned our plates! The attached store is small but they carry all unique (to me) items. It is beautifully organized and definitely fun to look at and explore.

7 months agoThe food was fantastic! Good vegan options (dalma included) and the service was very nice! We really enjoyed the intimate booths. Everything was so fresh! We waited a little for our entrees to come out, but our appetizers came out quickly and were a treat of their own! Probably the best baklava I've ever had as well. It was my first time trying muhammara, and I wish I had known of it sooner... It is addictive!
