in the last weekVery clean and organized, which is nice, but the experience was extremely impersonal. Went in for an annual checkup. All they did was do X-Rays and then try to upsell me on all kinds of procedures, none of which were covered of course. They didnโt ask me anything about my habits, didnโt offer me any sort of guidance whatsoever. After the X- Ray, they literally tried to sign me up for a predatory loan. The lady offering me the loan spent more time speaking with me than my dentist did. Once I declined the loan, they just said โOh, okay. You may exit that way.โ Literally did not even say goodbye, see you next time, nothing. ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ

a month agoFirst time patient here and I couldnโt have asked for a better experience. Dr. Jabaiti was incredible. His presence put my wife and I at ease and he was able to understand my dental history just by looking at my teeth. After my examination he thoughtfully laid out his recommendation but was not pushy at all. The staff here were also very knowledgeable and made for a seamless and efficient visit. Overall I couldnโt have asked for a better experience.

a month agoI cannot recommend this dentist. The issue lies with the receptionist, who was consistently unhelpful providing wrong information and unprofessional. Firstly, she lies and tries to get your money at all cost. She kept insisting that my treatment wasnโt covered and I had to pay out of pocket, but I later confirmed with my insurance that it was. She also assured me that she would send the necessary authorization, but my insurance never received it. I had to repeatedly follow up for over 10 days before the insurance confirmed that the authorization had finally been received. Secondly, I found it extremely difficult to communicate with her over the phone. On multiple occasions, I was left waiting for over an hour with the excuse that she was helping other patients, but when my mother called while I was waiting, she was promptly assisted, which made me feel like my case was being intentionally neglected. Overall, the poor administrative support overshadowed the otherwise competent dental care. It's unfortunate that the inefficiencies and unprofessionalism of the staff negatively impacted my experience at this practice. I decided to go to another dental clinic who doesn't try to rip me off and doesn't treat their patients they way they do at Dental Group of Beverly Hills.

2 weeks agoI had a crown fall out last night and am so happy I have the best dentist in West LA. Today they were able to get me an appointment at 9am and were able to preserve my original tooth and conservatively prep a temporary crown while the permanent crown is being made. The process was painless as usual. 5+ years I have been going here and itโs has always been first class. Thank you!!

3 months agoI had my first appointment at Dental Group of Beverly Hills. From making my initial appointment to the check in area everyone I encountered was so pleasant and nice. The office is clean and modern. My Dentist, hygienist, and the whole staff I encountered were personable and explained everything they were doing. A very nice experience.
