months agoDonโt waste your time in this pretty office. They donโt return calls. They donโt listen to messages. They donโt refill scripts. They sure donโt communicate well with the hospital regarding procedures. Iโm sure they are all super nice but the hassle isnโt worth it. Go wait three months for an office that can function. This place canโt and has only added to frustrations.

a week agoEXTERMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! Based on how professional his office looks my experience with this horrible Dr. was far from positive. He dosent have enough knowledge to treat certain diseases. My husband was suffering from an esophagus disease for almost a year and he was seen by Dr.Tayeb during that time. Tayeb did an Endoscopy on him to see what his problem was. Instead of treating the main issue the Dr. decided to prescribe "Protonix" for STOMACH ACID until we found out that my husbands case was very risky. He had a very bad disease in the Esoughgus making it very difficult for food and water to go down Into his stomach. HE NEEDED A SURGERY. Please be careful who you choose to take care of your health. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE THIS DR DOSENT KNOW WHAT HES DOING.!!!!

months agoAttempted to make a follow-up colonoscopy appt for my mom and was out on HOLD for over 12 minutes before hanging up. With an avg review rating of 2.3โฆ.definitely not worth the wait. Instead will take my mom to a reputable office!

months agoNot a great experience at all. The receptionists are rude and very unprofessional. I should have checked the reviews prior to making an appt for my dad. This doctor was recommended by his PCP, we trust him and went along with it. He had a colonoscopy done by Dr. Ghaith. The discharge instructions clearly stated, "return to my office in 1 week." So, (day after his procedure) I tried to make a follow-up appointment for my dad, and was informed by the receptionist that, "even if the doctor says that, we don't do it that way, normally, a follow-up appointment has to be made in 3 weeks, because we have to wait for colonoscopy report." I said to her, "maybe he wants to see him sooner because of his findings." She placed me on hold to confirm with "the lady" and returned to the phone to tell me, "she said, 3 weeks." Made the appt for 3 weeks, hung up and I decided to call Dr. Ernesto Drelichman, a colorectal surgeon at Ascension Hospital, who is fantastic! The next day, a consult was done, and my dad was sent out for further testing. Fast forward to yesterday (7/17/24), I called this office again to obtain final results of pathology, and I was told by the receptionist that "well, your dad will have to make an appointment to get the results." I said to her, "no, that is not happening!!! He is in New York right now, being seen by a GI specialist/colorectal surgeon at Montefiore Hospital and they need to see the final results of his biopsy." She then said, "well, they will have to call here or his family doctor needs to call here." I told her that I am his daughter and that my name is on his file to give authorization to release information/records to. I should have told her that I am in the medical field, an RN, and I know Patient's Rights. Clearly, I am not very pleased with how this office handles things.

months ago1 star is more than they deserve. I have been a patient for 12 years. The reason i stopped going this year is because of the receptionists that answer the phone in arabic are not polite, dont know what they are doing, gave me an appointment to wait for 4 weeks then a few days before they tell me that they dont accept my insurance. They hang up the phone in your face and are very unprofessional. That is why i stopped going there.
