3 months agoVery disappointed with my experience with this group. Took 5 full days to get a strep culture back, which was negative on the antigen test, but only to be confirmed positive on the lab. Visit was Thursday and did not hear back until late Tuesday afternoon. For a practice that hails itself as a leading practice, the fact that they have not invested in PCR testing on site is a failure to their patient population. My son would be 1/2 through his anti-biotics by now. Hate to blow them up like this on Google Reviews, but their website gives us no ability to communicate patient handling concerns. I would recommend Pavilion Pediatrics over this group for sure.

7 months agoMy 2yo has seen Dr. Cervenka since birth. Every experience weโve had there has been pleasant and professional, from the desk staff to the assistants to the doctors and NPs. Most recently with my newborn, weโve seen two NPs, Gabby and Kate, due to needing last minute appointments. Both of them were fantastic and made me feel seen and heard. Kate in particular had some great advice about lactation. Despite the clinic being really busy, she didnโt rush through our appointment (which was booked same day late afternoon). Front desk is always accommodating and polite even when busy. Highly recommend this practice.

6 months agoMPG sends their patients to Labcorp for all routine labs. As an office treating young children, they should be drawing blood in the office versus sending kids as little as 1 yo to a Labcorp location when the service is subpar and patient care is not prioritized.

a year agoI have four boys and have been to multiple pediatricians over the years due to moving and insurance changes. This practice is by far the best practice I have ever been to. My children are highly anxious of the doctor in general and love Dr. Cervenka. They will actually agree voluntarily to get a shot after he explains it to them. I am baffled by the negative reviews posted here. The only thing I can imagine is that they took place during COVID which was a difficult time for everyone. One time my husband scheduled and came at the appointment time and was told he missed his appointment which another review mentioned. Also it can be a bit difficult to get through to them. Otherwise , they are above and beyond in every way . The pa mentioned was excellent every time we used her and we are happy to use any of the providers .

a year agoOur children have been patients here since birth. Dr. Winkelstein is absolutely wonderful with us and the kiddos, she's engaging and keeps them focused during appointments. Our daughter also had a scary metabolic issue until age 5 and she called us throughout every hospital stay and made sure to stay in contact with the attendings at each visit. We really couldn't have asked for more. We also just had a sick visit with Dr. Donahoo, who was also wonderful. I always recommend them to anyone who asks for a pediatrician!
