a month agoHad an amazing experience here! I had emergency surgery to take my gallbladder out. All the nurses were amazing! Should have written all the names down bc everyone was just fantastic! I was admitted to the ER first. We waited a while bc I wasnโt sure I wanted to be admitted for surgery. But the doctors were patient and explained everything to me.

3 weeks agoI had too have a MRI for my pain Speacialist. The ONLY reason I went too this DUMP. Is because my pain Speacialist said they would be able too see my results right away, otherwise I PROMISE I would have went too basha. So I get there I change my clothes too put on the assigned hospital gown too have a MRI done, I put my clothes in the assigned closet also my wallet with Two $100 hundred dollar bills ,Two $20 dollars ,One $10 dollar, and Two single one dollar bills. I specifically know what I had because I was going too after having my MRI go too Walmart too buy a Air Mattress a Thick matress pad and four pillows. Well I'm 62 years old and I've had back issues for ovet 20 years so I've had numerous MRI. Done and NEVER have the attending technicians told me too leave the key too the closest were I put my stree clothes in, I've always been able too have the key on my wrist Never have I been told too leave the key in a Complete Separate room from out of my immediate eyesight! But the technician instructed me too leave the key on a desk in the room where they would be conducting the test" I could NOT see the key", after about 45 minutes the test was done I go open closet put on my clothes immediately look into my wallet and a $ 100 hundred dollar bill is GONE! I immediately knock on the door where the MRI are done the technician comes too the door I tell him my $100 hundred dollars bill is missing he points too cameras saying they're being watched well that was a COMPLETE LIE! Iwas informed by the Paitent Advocate Daniel that security" who originally was made aware of my money being STOLEN and he NEVER said the camera were NOT working he actually said he would run the camera back, but Danielle says he told her the camera were NOT Working! So Deception is Clearly being had here. Danielle told me they DON'T REPLACE ANY STOLEN MONEY and since I can't prove which of the Two girl or boy technicians actually STOLE my money I'm forced too just take the LOST but because I'm a Giving help strangers and ALL anyone I can on a fixed income , I immediately left broken hearted and a Indescribable Anger Level , I went and played the pick three. Lottery and won my STOLEN $ 100 hundred dollars back plus a extra $200 hundred well I won $295 hundred dollars for a 50 cents straight/ box ticket. I Hope everyone involved with stealing from a single 62 years old female on a fixed income I hope they experience the same loss but ten times foil!! So BEWARE DON'T take any money with you that you CAN'T afford too LOOSE " HAVE STOLEN" if you're having a MRI/ CAT SCAN Please leave money or valuables in car or at home, remember the cameras DON'T WORK!!

4 months agoSpend 11 days here. I must say, this has been the absolute best hospital we took my dad to. The service of 6 nurses on the 3rd floor. Jordan, Amanda, Jasmine, (these three, are angels, god bless them they watch my dad every minute). I forgot the last three. Has bee hands down the absolute best, very caring, supportive, compassionate. What this hospital did for my father in 72 hours that the other hospital failed to do in 50 days. Is unbelievable. They do have better doctors, a better staff, then the other place in Rochester. Thank you, thank you and thank you, God bless your hospital the staff, doctors and surgeons are top notch. Made my dad's last days here enjoyable.

3 months agoOur nurse, Kevin Ellis, was amazing and delivered exceptional care to my beloved grandma Dee Dee. Our gratitude extends to the neurologists that helped us navigate thru this tough time. My mother, Sandra, father, Jim, myself, and our entire family are eternally grateful for the care we received in ICU and a special thank you to Katie with palliative care. Our experience was filled with love, peace, and compassion.

a month agoFalsified my discharge paperwork to make it look like my blood pressure wasnโt 195/120 when I arrivedโฆ.apparently the first vitals they take in triage donโt count. Gave me Ativan and sent me home 3 hours later. Also claimed to run urine pregnancy tests on me when I never peed in a cup.
