History
Established in 1985.
US Fried Chicken initially started up in New York, under the supervision and sole owner A.L Sharif. Even though it was opened up in New York, majority of its fame and success came from Newark, New Jersey. AL specialized in soul food and northern recipes, such as the famous Philly cheesesteak, Italian Cheeseburgers and most importantly the chicken. The chicken has a secret recipe that only AL to this day is the only one who knows. AL spent 10 years in the south and created more restaurants in North Carolina where he perfected his craft and learned how to put a southern touch to his food and recipes. With all the success, AL ventured to Las Vegas to finally present his craft and recipe with over 30 years of experience into the city that prioritizes both food and entertainment. With a business plan to create an empire in mind, AL now has two locations and will he opening up more soon.
