Usta Kababgy – Round Rock

WOW! This place totally lives up to the hype. Incredibly beautiful tables and decor truly transport you to the middle east. The dining room was clearly crafted with pride. The wait staff was very friendly and welcoming. Food was out of this world delicious. From the fresh bread to the Kofta & Chicken Kebabs, we loved everything that hit our table. Even the rice was so so tasty. Took home some Baklava for a late night snack, can’t wait to try it! We’ll be back, and we’ll be telling all of our friends about this gem!!

Friendly greeting to the attentive service, every detail was impeccable. The middle eastern-inspired decor added charm to the atmosphere. The portions were generous, and the food was fresh and delicious. The staff were incredibly helpful and personable. And to top it off, we were surprised with a complimentary baklava! We can't wait to return for another delightful dining experience!

Beautiful, clean facility, and excellent service. They will happily explain everything on the menu and make recommendations should you need them. When you're done, you pay up front at the counter. They will check on you a couple times, but mostly leave you be so you can sit and enjoy the meal and chat with your friends. It's nice not to feel rushed. You can easily get their attention if you need something though. The food is amazing! Their BBQ is excellent, rice flavorful, falafel is fluffy, light, and crispy outside, pita and sauces that come with it are so good also. Their Moroccan green tea is EXCELLENT! Can't wait to return for more delicious food!

Food: got the chicken kebab plate - meat tasted very fresh and sits atop a bed of the best rice I’ve ever had. There’s hummus, charred tomatoes and onion. Recommend their garlic yogurt sauce and jalapeno salad for dipping sides. Would prefer soda from a machine than cans so I could get refills. Service: Seated quickly and food delivered without much of a wait. However, the seats were mildly uncomfortable albeit decorated beautifully. Wish the server had checked on us so we could have ordered another drink. We sat silently and had to raise our hand to get their attention. Check out at the front was which and easy. Atmosphere: I love the decorations in here but we got sat in a corner that was next to an AC box that was beeping every 5 mins because it needed to be reset. Another thing I noticed was a large amount of flies next to window which were bothersome. They should have another fly trap closed to the back wall to prevent this issue.

The service was wonderful and the food was DELICIOUS!! Definitely the best Mediterranean food I have ever had, and I don't say that lightly. I would highly recommend for anyone to give this place a try. They will not be disappointed.
