7 months agoPaid for a Pap smear OUT OF POCKET just for them to call saying they lost the sample and need me to come in again. But Iโd have to pay for it to be done again even though it was their mistake. You lost my sample and are holding me responsible to pay for a mistake you made, to suggest for me to go back to the same clinic and risk the same mistake, youโve got it all wrong. I scheduled another Pap smear with another clinic & got my results quick. Avoid this clinic please.

a year agoHave spent the last couple weeks continuously calling to follow up on appts that had been discussed with my doctor on my previous visit and gotten nowhere. Each employee at the "patient assistance center" has proved to be working against the title of their job. Apart from being extremely unhelpful, they have also managed to hang up on me nearly every time i call - usually after having waited 10-20 minutes to even get them on the phone. No one can tell me anything about my results and when i requested a nurse to call back for clarification, it took her over two weeks. Was initially optimistic because this was one of the better experiences I've had with a doctor, but after that it's been a nightmare. All i know is this is not how medical care should be

2 years agoBe aware, you will be sent directly to collections without a bill or phone call for anything insurance does not cover. My experience, overall knowledgeable and helpful staff. But my insurance didn't cover $52 or my visit. Not a big deal but the courtesy of sending out a bill or contacting me directly seems like a better business practice. It is quite ironic that sending any debt to collections without trying a phone call first is a sign they could care less about the individual. Especially since now the collection agency gets roughly 50% of the amount owed. Please be prepared that this location does not have your best interests in mind when it comes to finances. Stay healthy.

11 months agoLove my Doctor she is awesome but when seeing the other doctors there they never helped me when I was sick or in major pain. Other staff are very friendly and treat you like family.
